Examples of Pleonastic in a sentence

‘Tuna fish’ is a pleonastic phrase as ‘fish’ is redundant when placed next to the word tuna.  
The poet’s work is pleonastic in nature, and he tends to repeat himself over and over throughout his prose.  
The tautologic phrase, ‘a beginner who has just started’ was removed from the essay because it uses more words than necessary to get the point across.
